If you or your group are interested in participating in the parade, download the registration form and Liability Waiver linked below.

There is a $10 fee to register and participate for community groups.  Registration for school groups is free. Entry monies cover the costs of insurance, equipment rental, advertising, banners, etc.  Excess funds collected will be donated to TCRAS, the Teller County non-profit organization chosen by this year's Parade Grand Marshals - Woodland Park Mayor Kellie Case.

The Parade Grand Marshal will 1) choose the Teller County non-profit organization that extra parade proceeds will be donated to from a pre-approved list of legitimate local non-profits, 2) judge the entries prior to the parade, beginning at 11:30 am, and 3) be in the lead vehicle of the parade to open the event.

Our 2025 grand marshal will be Ms. Kellie Case, local realtor and current mayor of Woodland Park.
